How to Prevent Back Pain

There are a few things you can do to help prevent back pain. First, try to stay active and move around as much as possible. This not only helps keep your muscles strong, but it also helps relieve tension and stress in your back.

Another important prevention tip is to maintain good posture. Too often we slouch or hunch our shoulders, which puts undue strain on our backs. When you stand up, keep your back straight and don't allow your head, shoulders or hips to sag.

If you do experience Back pain , take it easy for the first few days until the pain goes away. If the pain persists after taking these precautions, see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
